As of November 2015, we no longer open Saturdays, but our sister business Manor Gifts is!

Do you close for lunch?

No.

Where can I see samples of items?

Our most popular items are available to view in our Maynooth showroom, if we don’t have it in stock we will do our best to get it for you to see. Most items can be obtained within 2-3 working days.

What is the digitising charge for?

The charge for digitising is for making your artwork, which may be a picture or letterhead compatible with our embroidery machines. This is a one-off payment and then your logo is stored for any future orders.

How much will it cost to have our logo digitised?

There is a once off setup charge for logos of 40-50 euro. We do not charge setup fees for plain text embroidery.

Can you use my existing digitised logo?

Yes if you have previously had your logo used on embroidered clothing, then we can use this providing if it is in an industry standard file format such as a DST or EMB.

Does it matter how many colours I have in my logo?

You can have up to 12 different colours in your logo

How much does the embroidery cost?

This cost depends on how many stitches are in your design. A small amount of text on a chest embroidery will be a lot cheaper than a large complex logo back design.

What is the vat rate?

Vat on embroidery is charged at 23%. Clothing is also charged at 23%, but children’s clothing up to about 12 yrs is vat free. Different brands will vary, we can confirm this with you before proceeding with an order.

How should I send my artwork to you?

If we are printing t shirts for you we’d prefer to have “vector” graphics also known as “line art” so the file required would be an adobe illustrator file (.ai) or corel draw (.cdr) or a .eps file. PDF files are usually acceptable also.

If I don’t have that design file, can you have it made up for me?

Yes, we can arrange to have the file created for a small fee. Embroidery files can be created from most image files. JPG PNG BMP etc but tiff files tend to be quite large to manage.

Is there a minimum or maximum order?

No, you can order just one or hundreds of garments; Quickstitch are happy to supply as many as you need. However, please note that we are able to offer a more competitive price when the order size increases.

Are you sure you don’t mind only doing one?

Of course not! We’ve gotten where we are by doing one off items! Our customers have come back to place bigger orders, and handed our name around to plenty of people that needed bigger jobs done, so it all evens out. Of course we can offer better prices per item at larger quantities!

There are rare occasions when it just simply isn’t feasible, and we’ll let you know if there is a problem when we see what the job entails.

Can I make an amendment to my current logo?

That is no problem, just send us the embroidery file and make a note of the changes needed.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If we have already ordered your garments from our supplier there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Once your garments are embroidered we are unable to give refunds. Please ensure you check the sizing carefully when you order.

Can you provide garments of a more specific brand or type that are not featured on your website?

Yes, we have an extensive range of garments that are not all featured on the website. We used many different suppliers so it’s unusual that we wouldn’t be able to source the brand you are looking for.

Can you deliver?

We use DPD couriers who provide a next day nationwide fully traceable delivery service at great prices.
